What do I need to bring?
Kosmik Kare provides robes and slippers. Towels will also be available. Whirlpool services may require a bathing suit if sharing the services with a loved one.
How early should I arrive?
We suggest you arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your first treatment to allow yourself time to check in, change, and familiarize yourself with the spa.
Should I alert someone if I have any physical ailments, disabilities, or allergies?
Absolutely! If you have high blood pressure, suffer from allergies, or are pregnant, notify the spa receptionist prior to booking and the technician performing your treatment.
Do I have to disrobe entirely?
Our therapists are trained to drape towels or sheets discreetly over any areas not involved in the treatment, while protecting privacy at all times. However you may wear a bathing suit or undergarments, if that would make you more comfortable. |
