• Please give us 48 hour notice to cancel an appointment to avoid a full service charge. If this requirement is not met you will be billed and asked to pay for services in advance for future appointments. On file credit cards will be charged.
  
• We allow 15 minutes as a courtesy for late arrivals. If we are unable to render the complete service due to tardiness, the full service fee will still apply.
  
• Gift Certificates will be used as a form of payment in the event client arrives late, cancels without 48-hour notice, or no show.
  
• Cash, Master Card, Visa, and personal checks from repeat clients are accepted. There is a $30 fee for returned checks.
  
• All gift cards expire 6 months from the date of purchase. After Janary 31st gift certificates will no longer be accepted. If you have a gift certificate that has not expired from Kosmik Kare please stop by for a replacement gift card.
  
• Gratuity is left to your discretion and should be based on satisfaction of services.
  
• Please no cell phones in spa area.
  
• For greater comfort we ask that you please shower before all massages & body treatments prior to arriving at the spa.
  
• To prevent irritation, avoid shaving prior to body exfoliation.
  
• No children should accompany clients for services
